These terms apply when you buy a website and monthly plan from SiteDrum.
We design and publish a website according to the plan you choose (Starter, Business or Premium), and set up your Google Business Profile where included.
The setup fee is paid before work starts. The monthly fee is paid in advance each month. Prices are in US dollars.
We aim to deliver your first version within 7 days of receiving your content (logo, photos, services and prices). Delays in sending content may delay delivery.
Monthly plans include the content updates listed for your plan. Larger changes can be quoted separately.
You can cancel your monthly plan at any time with 30 days notice. Setup fees are not refundable once work has started.
You confirm you have the right to use the logo, photos and text you send us. You own your content.
We follow good practice to help you appear on Google, but we cannot guarantee any specific ranking or number of customers.
